Breaking up your collection if it has high value items will generally achieve greater results.
Note that the Sellers commission can be 10% or more of the hammer price. This cost is in addition to my fee.
An extra charge of a minimum £50 or 5% of the final hammer fee will be charged for my service. For this you can be assured your items will be sent to best provider in the correct way. After all it’s in my own interest to achieve the highest price for you.
In this fee service your stamps will be sent insured delivery to the approximate value, split up by me where necessary and sent to the most appropriate auction house for your collection being sold under my name and account. They will also give a stamp valuation or estimated price for you.
Ebay can offer an excellent way to selling a stamp collection but again you need to understand what you have.
Don‘t just list your collection with a few randomly chosen photos of what you think are the best looking stamps.
Breaking out your best items as single lots will most of the time yield the best results.

Questions will be asked that unfortunately you will not know the answers to, this is not like selling an old sofa where all you need is the measurements.
I can assist in this as well but to a much lesser level of service. Please note; I will not be able to sell your collection for you on eBay.

Its important that you appreciate that this isn’t my primary goal but I am a collector and if I can purchase items I am interested in without needing to buy through auctions this will save me time and money In the long run. I am not a dealer, I do sell excess stock it’s just the nature of the hobby and the way collections are split up. You basically end up with duplications and items you do not need or want.
I will offer a competitive price, sharing with you information on stamp valuation with catalogue and retail prices so that you are fully comfortable in selling a stamp collection to me. Please note that there are huge differences between catalogue and retail prices compared to the real market price.
I am very happy to discuss this with you when that time comes.
